How do I use the News Mapper?
Open News Mapper to explore global headlines by country. Premium users can open region-level drilldowns with local boundaries, coverage hotspots, local headline lists, and region controls where data is available.

Why are some region drilldowns locked?
Region-level news maps are a Premium feature gate. Standard users can still use the global and country map views; Premium unlocks local region boundaries, region story density, and local drilldown controls.

What can I customize in My Rawfeed?
Signed-in users can manage source preferences, saved headlines, favorite items, region or country interests, and account-specific workspace settings from My RawFeed and related dashboards.

What cyber and health signals does RawFeed include?
The Cyber area combines CVE and NVD context, CISA KEV matching, malware, phishing, scam, DDoS, threat-report, OTX, social-sentiment, and health-alert feeds where configured. AI summaries may help triage public signals, but important decisions should be verified with official sources.

What does the SEO and GEO audit tool check?
The SEO/GEO tool audits public URLs for crawlability, metadata, schema, headings, links, image alt coverage, entity clarity, information gain, AI readability, citation readiness, saved scorecards, and prioritized fixes. Premium workflows can connect RawCapture telemetry to SEO observability.

What is RawCapture for?
RawCapture collects browser logs, failed or slow network events, frontend errors, security anomalies, and business outcome events from your projects. Create a project, install the SDK, restrict each write-only RC key to allowed origins, and use event allowlists, collection pauses, mute rules, scrub rules, retention controls, deployments, comments, and GitHub or Jira issue workflows for triage.

How does RawCapture catch silent failures?
Use RawCapture business events and monitored outcomes to mark journeys such as checkout, signup, booking, lead forms, search, and onboarding. The SDK can track when an outcome starts, completes, or fails even when no exception is thrown, so alerts and fix briefs can focus on revenue leaks, conversion blockers, mobile-only breakage, trust risks, and SEO experience failures.

How does the RawCapture browser extension connect?
Project owners generate limited-use provisioning keys from RawCapture settings. The key can register browser plugin instances but cannot ingest events directly. Registered instances use per-install credentials, HMAC-signed ingest, allowed event types, revocation or block controls, and project policies.

What does the RawFeed VS Code extension do?
The VS Code extension securely pulls allowed RawCapture categories, selected Architecture Map plans, published AI prompts, fix briefs, and workspace signals into VS Code. Create an editor connection in RawCapture settings, copy the one-time rfec token, and connect using https://www.rawfeed.xyz as the base URL.

What are RawCapture traffic controls?
RawCapture traffic governance adds admin-controlled safety rails for SDK, browser plugin, and VS Code extension traffic. Controls can limit collection, plugin registration, editor access, event types, daily events, requests, bytes, batch size, payload size, and per-minute ingest or fetch rates.

Design Studio helps build and simulate architecture diagrams, production pipelines, AI-search crawl paths, and engineering readiness plans. It supports saved/shareable plans, AI baseline generation, and AI review when the related feature gates and usage limits allow it.

Dev Corner contains admin-published resources, prompts, architecture guidance, and readiness checks for security, tenant isolation, performance, compliance, AI-agent development, launch review, and production planning.

What network tools are available?
Network Tools include browser-side diagnostics, speed tests, endpoint checks, intermittent monitoring, core diagnostics, service utilities, and account-specific saved settings. Some diagnostics run in the browser so temporary results may stay local unless a feature explicitly submits them.

What does Pro unlock?
Pro unlocks paid feature gates, higher included usage, AI help, premium region drilldowns, expanded SEO/GEO workflows, and metered overage collection for RawCapture and search optimization logs where billing is configured. Team and Enterprise use the same paid app access with more seats and faster support targets.

Where can I see usage and traffic limits?
Open Billing to review your plan, Stripe subscription status, usage cycle, log fetches, RawCapture events, SEO captures, overage status, RawCapture daily upload/fetch traffic, browser plugin counts, and VS Code connection counts.

Where do support replies appear?
Replies from Support appear in your Support Inbox and trigger the support notification badge in the navigation. You can reply from the inbox without using email.
Feedback
How do I send page feedback?
Use the Feedback button on any page to send a like, dislike, bug report, idea, or question. Admins can review and respond from the support console.

Does RawFeed still include trading or paper-trading features?
No. The old trading and paper-trading feature has been retired and removed from the current RawFeed service. RawFeed does not provide investment advice or trading execution.
