3. Informational Use Only

RawFeed provides informational, monitoring, diagnostic, and developer-readiness tools. It does not provide legal, medical, emergency, investment, tax, insurance, or professional security advice. News, health alerts, vulnerabilities, AI-assisted summaries, and strategic guidance can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for verifying important information with official sources before acting on it.

4. Accounts, Security, and API Keys

You are responsible for activity under your account, session, API keys, RawCapture projects, OAuth connections, extension provisioning keys, editor connection tokens, plugin instance credentials, and alert subscriptions. Keep credentials confidential, rotate or revoke keys when needed, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

RawCapture API keys identify projects and must not be embedded where unauthorized users can extract them unless you accept the ingestion risk and use rate limits, retention, scrubbing, and project controls. RawCapture browser plugin credentials are per-install credentials and must not be shared outside the authorized browser or team workflow.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use RawFeed to:

  • Break laws, violate privacy rights, or process data without required authority.
  • Ingest secrets, passwords, payment card data, medical records, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data into RawCapture unless you have a lawful basis and configured appropriate safeguards.
  • Use the RawFeed Chrome extension or RawCapture browser plugin to monitor websites, users, accounts, or systems without authorization.
  • Attack, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls on RawFeed or third-party systems.
  • Upload malware, exploit payloads, abusive content, or data that infringes third-party rights.
  • Use diagnostics, cyber content, or vulnerability data to harm systems or people.
  • Use retired or removed product surfaces, including the old trading or paper-trading feature, as if they are still supported.
  • Resell, mirror, or redistribute RawFeed data in a way that violates source, provider, or platform terms.

RawFeed also uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, analytics, reliability measurement, and basic site functionality. The site may use hosting, database, analytics, cache, email, AI, OAuth, public data, billing, monitoring, and infrastructure providers where needed to operate the service.

7. How We Use Data

  • Operate accounts, sessions, feature gates, subscriptions, saved preferences, favorites, and admin functions.
  • Fetch, cache, summarize, geocode, rank by freshness, and display news, cyber, health, status, and outage content.
  • Run authenticated SEO/GEO audits, save and compare scorecards, monitor search optimization signals, and connect RawCapture telemetry to SEO observability workflows.
  • Build, save, share, import, and AI-review Design Studio and Architecture Map plans.
  • Process RawCapture traces, enforce rate limits, apply scrub rules, support retention controls, measure traffic, power dashboards, and create external issues when requested.
  • Authenticate RawCapture browser plugin instances, verify HMAC-signed extension ingest, manage revocation and block controls, connect accepted extension events to the correct project, and govern plugin registrations.
  • Authenticate VS Code editor connections, enforce allowed pull categories, import selected architecture plans, fetch published prompts, and meter extension fetch traffic.
  • Provide diagnostics, service health views, alerts, calendars, network utilities, billing/usage views, support inbox workflows, and strategic guidance.
  • Improve security, investigate abuse, debug failures, monitor reliability, and maintain audit logs.
  • Generate AI-assisted summaries, headlines, and guidance when enabled by the relevant feature.

8. GDPR and International Privacy Rights

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, RawFeed processes personal data under lawful bases that may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. Legitimate interests include security, abuse prevention, service reliability, diagnostics, product operation, and account administration.

Your GDPR-style rights may include the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete personal data where deletion is legally and technically available.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Request portability of data you provided.
  • Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact the site operator through the contact channel published on RawFeed or from the account email associated with your request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records where required for security, legal, or audit purposes.

9. RawCapture Privacy and Customer Responsibility

RawCapture stores debug telemetry submitted by project owners through the SDK or ingestion API. Project owners control what their applications, browser plugin installations, and authorized editor workflows send or fetch. They are responsible for giving notices, obtaining consents, configuring capture policies, using scrub rules, muting noisy endpoints, setting retention, and avoiding unnecessary personal or sensitive data collection.

RawFeed provides safeguards such as event-type policies, sampling, mute rules, regex-based scrubbing, encrypted key storage, rate limits, project scoping, traffic governance, retention controls, and delete workflows. These controls reduce risk but do not replace your own privacy review, security program, or legal obligations.

10. RawFeed Chrome Extension and Browser Plugin Terms

The RawFeed Chrome extension and RawCapture browser plugin features are intended for authorized diagnostics by RawCapture project owners, their teams, or users they authorize. You may use the extension only on websites, applications, environments, and accounts where you have permission to collect diagnostic telemetry.

Provisioning keys can register plugin instances only and cannot ingest logs directly. Registered plugin instances use per-install plugin IDs and HMAC secrets. You are responsible for limiting provisioning key distribution, setting reasonable registration limits, revoking lost or unauthorized instances, and ensuring extension users understand what may be collected.

Extension-originated events may include console errors, warnings, logs, CORS failures, slow network requests, failed network requests, URLs, timing, status codes, session IDs, extension metadata, and related RawCapture telemetry. The detailed extension privacy terms are available at /privacy/rawfeed-extension.

11. RawFeed VS Code Extension and Editor Connection Terms

The RawFeed VS Code extension is intended for authorized project and workspace use. Editor connection tokens are generated from RawCapture project settings, stored locally in VS Code SecretStorage, and may pull only the categories and architecture plans allowed by the project owner.

You are responsible for protecting editor connection tokens, selecting appropriate pull categories, deleting or pausing stale workspace connections, and ensuring anyone using the extension is authorized to view the connected RawCapture project, Architecture Map plans, prompts, and fix briefs.

12. Retired Trading Feature

RawFeed's prior trading or paper-trading feature has been retired and removed from the current service. RawFeed does not execute trades, manage portfolios, provide brokerage services, or provide investment advice.

13. Data Sharing and Processors

RawFeed does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure and service providers that help operate the platform, including hosting, database, analytics, email, cache, AI, OAuth, monitoring, and public data providers. Data may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect users or systems, to investigate abuse, or during a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

Public-source content, status information, CVE data, and links remain subject to their original publishers' rights and terms.

14. Retention and Deletion

Retention varies by feature. Cached news, status, health, cyber, SEO/GEO, and AI headline data may refresh or expire on operational schedules. Account data, favorites, preferences, subscriptions, admin records, support messages, RawCapture projects, traces, comments, audit logs, architecture plans, billing records, traffic counters, and integration metadata may remain until deleted, expired by controls, or no longer needed for service, security, legal, billing, or audit purposes.

Some backups, logs, rate-limit records, legal records, and security audit entries may persist for a limited period after deletion from live systems.

15. Third-Party Content and Links

RawFeed displays and links to third-party articles, feeds, services, provider pages, vulnerability databases, OAuth platforms, and public data sources. RawFeed does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, privacy practices, security, licensing, or content.

16. AI-Assisted Features

Some headlines, summaries, alerts, health explanations, help answers, RawCapture explanations, Design Studio reviews, architecture baselines, and strategic guidance may be generated or assisted by AI systems. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or outdated. Do not rely on AI-assisted output as the only basis for important decisions.

17. Plans, Premium Features, and Limits

Some features may be limited by plan, feature gate, monthly usage, rate limit, retention setting, project configuration, daily RawCapture traffic controls, plugin or editor connection limits, or operational capacity. RawFeed may change, suspend, throttle, or retire features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, abuse prevention, cost control, or product changes.

Paid access is determined by configured Stripe subscription price identifiers and RawFeed account state. Stripe metadata, standalone invoices, or unconfigured billing events do not by themselves grant premium access. SEO/GEO analysis and similar metered workflows may require login before the work runs.

18. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

RawFeed is provided as available and as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, security of all data, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the service at your own risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RawFeed and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, reliance on inaccurate content, or third-party service failures.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as RawFeed changes. The updated date will show when the page was revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

21. Contact and Requests

For account, privacy, GDPR, deletion, security, or RawCapture data requests, contact the RawFeed operator through the contact channel published on the site or from the email tied to your account. Include enough detail to identify the relevant account, project, subscription, or data category.

You can also review the platform overview on the About page, the Privacy Policy, and the RawFeed Chrome Extension Privacy Policy.
